Following the successful refurbishment of the 40,000sq ft 1912 Mill and the 12,000 sq ft Sandsgate office building, we decided to tidy up the Sandsgate Car Park fronting the high Street. We will be replacing part of the old rear wall with feature railings, introducing more planting and improving the surface materials. And it should look like this!
